Your robots, wrangled.

At Better Than Good, we unbury your business from its own data, help you get robots on the payroll (but only for the work that suits them) and stick around to keep it all working. It’s how we run our business and we think it’s how you should run yours, too. Some people call it agent management, others call it fractional Chief AI Officering; we call it ‘robot wrangling’ (but you can call it whatever you want).
BTW, when we say ‘robots’, we’re actually talking about AI agents, but we think robots sounds cooler.

Here’s how it works, soup to nuts
First, the diagnosis
Robots inherit your data, so before anyone builds anything, we answer the question that decides everything else: how much of your business can an agent actually reach and consistently make sense of? We map your data and your workflows, sort what to script, what to hand to agents and what to keep with humans, and give you the automations worth building first.
Next, a project or two
Every build comes off the map with a fixed quote (no hourly billing or scope surprises). Most clients start small: one automation plugged into the tools you already use and live in a week or two. Everything we build is yours: the agents, the pipelines, the prompts, all of it.
Then we wrangle (and keep on wrangling)
Most AI projects don’t fail at launch; they fail a few months later when nobody’s minding them. New tools show up, old instructions stop being true and through siloed AI usage your ‘systems’ go back to being fragmented again.
So we stay on. The Robot Wrangler is our flat-fee plan for tending your agentic system: we tweak it, tune it and build on it, the way a bookkeeper looks after your books or your IT department looks after your network.
What it costs
| The step | The price |

| Diagnosis (two-week readiness deep-dive) | $2,500–$5,000 |
| Build (automations, pipelines, agents) | $5,000–$50,000 |
| Agent management (the Robot Wrangler) | $500–$5,000 per month |
